New Car!!!!

This last weekend my dad and I went to Missoula and bought a car. I still can't believe it. we have been searching everyday for a good deal and my dad was getting kinda annoying. The day we bought the car, i thought my heart would break. We would go to all of these dealers and places and get in a car and take a test drive and stuff, then my dad would cassually say "lets go". my heart can only take so many loves! searching for about 4 hours, we strolled into another car dealer and looked around. This cute 19 year old guy named Mariah (haha) came up to my dad and i and asked us what we were looking for. Mariah asked my dad if he was buying it for me and my dad said yea (more like yea right!) Mariah showed us a cheap kia but my dad quickly said no. Then my dad saw the impala. this has been his dream car for awhile now. skipping forward, we took a test drive, liked it, liked the color, liked the price, liked the condition. so my dad bought it. it ended up that this was Mariah's first car that he sold at that dealer. He had only been working there for a couple weeks. and if Mariah didn't sell this car or one soon Mariah's boss would have fired him. so we saved his job, but not his marriage! this 19 year old guys have already been married and divorced! wow. anyways, now that the car is home, we can't stay out of it! :)

Awards

Last nite, monday, was academic awards night and I got an honor roll award and i got a calculator cuz i was a freshman and i was on the honor roll. i got a 4.0 for one quarter and high honor roll for 3 quarters. i was embarrassed at first cuz i was the first to get up and it always seem to be the first one to get up, which also happened at 8th grade graduation. but then i got a calculator! so it all was well. anyways, tonight is athletic awards tonight which i should get another award for being a volleyball and basketball manager and playing in tennis. three sport award. i don't know if i will get one for lettering but im not worried about that. guess i will just have to wait and see what happens, be optomistic.

tuesday, i ended up getting that award for lettering in 3 sports but i didn't get another others because i didn't play in all of them. boo :(.

Picture Discriptions

the moving dolley story: when i was younger, when i stayed with my dad when he was working, he usually had a dolley and when he was done, i would always jump into the dolley and have him pull me around. it was very funny and my dad loved it too, as you can see, he took a picture. i think that out of all of those, even though i love my baby pictures, i love the picture with my dad and I and we are in atlantic city on the beach. I also like the picture where my dad and I are walking down to another beach where we were camping and i really like it because it seems as if we are walking to our boat but we dont have a boat! sami made it seem that way, which is so funny. I also really like it cuz we are walking together, holding hands and it looks pretty. I also like the picture where I am leaning on the truck wearing roller-blades and my crazy curly hair flowing around and I like that picture cuz it looks like I really didn’t care about hair my looked, and that isn’t that way now!! Lol.

another week gone

Another week gone and only 14 school days left until i'm a sophmore!

anyways, today i figured out that i got a 93% on my math test and i was the only who passed except for one in my 3rd period math class. i guess that is a good thing but it kinda is bad because there is only 10 people in that class. but the math teacher always says im the smart one who actually listens and stuff. out of all of his math 1 classes, our math teacher said there was few that actually passed this test. glad i was one of them.

Money

well, two days ago i played my heart out in tennis for about 3 or 4 hours straight but it ends up that i am not going to be going to divisionals. so instead im going to take advantage of my Upward Bound benefits: tutoring. i will stay after school with a teacher every night for at least half an hour. i get paid 10 dollars an hour for getting tutored. and with 15 days left, i can make like over 100 dollars on just tutoring! plus, next sunday we are going to make a trip the state college for a day. if i go to that, i can make 50 more dollars on top of what i'm already going to get. plus, if i keep my grades above a 2.5 gpa or 3.5 or something and go to all the weekly meetings, i can get up to 90 dollars a quarter. so, in conclusion, i'm making a lot of money...learning!

i guess i better save up for a new car now, right?

Ok, well, i made a slideshow of random family pictures and tried to upload it on blogger, but it did not work. So, i am going to just add pictures into here. give me a couple days to get them all uploaded, but they are coming soon!

today, after school i had tennis practice. this week we are practicing for divisionals so we do a lot of running and conditioning. my partner and I are challenging other teammates to see who will be playing the number two doubles team from Superior. So, after my partner and i did our hard conditioning, we challenged a team older than us (sophmore and junior). after about an hour and a half of straight work, we won. then straight after school we played another team (2 fellow freshman). and we played and played and so on (tied) until then final point....and lost. my partner and I played tennis for about 4 hours straight and are very tired. plus, my partner being accident prone,(bruised leg, getting hit with the ball twice) did not help. But we are still in the game. our coach said that it depends on who wins the match between the 2 freshman and the junior and sophmore, will tell us if we play another game.

so, in conclusion, im very tired and am going to get pictures of family uploaded soon.

Hola,
Sorry I haven't been updating my blog lately. Acctually, for like 5 months but i am going to try to get in going again for my half-bro.

well, i will be adding lots fo pictures soon and stuff, so keep checking for updates.

Lately, not much is new except that school is almost out and summer is close! I'm in tennis and are just about done with that except for going to divisionals, districts, and state. I won most of my games this year, which is good, but i have many more years to practice. When school gets out, i'm going to be going to an Upward Bound summer academy at Montana College of Technology for 5 weeks. then after that i will come home and then go and visit dad's side of the family: grandparents and cousins in tennesse for about a week and a half. then i will probably come back home in just enough time for the rodeo and work. I need spending money for all of this traveling! :) got to go.
